Lucy Noriega!
Lucy Noriega received a Special Recognition Award and Challenge Coin from the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA) for her exceptional efforts this past year.
Why it matters: Lucy is one of only three analysts recognized at the IALEIA International Conference in Canada last month.
Over the past , Lucy has assisted tremendously in launching this website, engaged in key trainings and networking events, and is leading a project to strengthen law enforcement partnerships with Mexico — significantly expanding analytical roles within regional and international law enforcement connections.
